Vladimir Paunic – Vlad is a successful and highly demanded tennis coach. He started playing when he was 6 years old in his native Serbia (birthplace of tennis all-time Novak Djokovic) where he was always among the top of his age group, despite the fact that he lost a father at the age of 11. He captured Serbian Men’s Open National Champion title in 2010.
When Vlad came to the USA for the first time, he brought his unique tennis and academic talents and became Student-Athlete of the year 2008 at NCAA Division I conference at Southeastern Louisiana University. After college, Vlad was a founder, director and head coach of one of the most successful tennis clubs in Serbia where he worked and partnered with world class players and coaches, while also directing tournaments for juniors and adults.
Currently, Vlad is a high performance coach at Manhattan Plaza Racquet Club. As a coach, he combines his professional tennis player talent, coaching ability, digital tools and creative fitness drills to deliver custom-made tennis lessons to all of his players regardless of their age, experience or tennis level.
He has two kids, Stefan and Bjanka.
